The USS Jurassic's Medical Department is being carefully watched over by our Chief Medical Officer, Sharon. She has several projects in the works at the moment. One involves creating more afghans to be auctioned off for charity. The other involves writing a group story about the fictional characters of the crew members. Sharon lives in Kentucky and stays very active on the ship, as well as taking several Starfleet Academy courses. |

John is one of our members in the Medical Department. He has also distinguished himself by taking several Starfleet Academy College of Medicine courses, and by receiving the 2000 R/1 and Starfleet Enlisted Member of the Year awards. John lives in Indiana. |

CRUSHER AWARD
The JURASSIC Medical Department gives out an award called the "Crusher Award". To earn this award, there are three things you can do ...
- Have high honors on SFACOM exams. Copy of diploma required.
- Medical articles published in the TS.
- The most help on a department project or of doing one on their own. A full detailed report sent to the Department Chief on the project.

In 2001, Sharon made another afghan which was sold and the money sent to a charity. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of this afghan, but it was a popcorn style afghan, and very pretty.

Currently Sharon is working on a quilt that will contain squares
for every ship within Starfleet Region One.
